The camp uses skateboarding as a metaphor for life's challenges, teaching campers to overcome obstacles and failures with practice, focus, and a bit of risk-taking. And the best? Terms of Agreement for Skateboarding Lessons.
This agreement outlines the understanding between Parents and the Skateboarding Coach to ensure safe and effective skill progression.
1. Introduction: The Coach will greet Parents each time a Skater is left for a lesson to address any concerns.
2. Customized Lessons: Lesson plans are tailored to each Skater’s preferences and skill levels for effective learning and engagement.
3. Safety Equipment: Proper safety gear (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards) must be worn at all times. Skateboarding involves risks, including falls, and adherence to safety guidelines is crucial.
4. Skater-Coach Connection: Parents agree to minimize interference to allow a strong Coach-Skater connection for optimal guidance.
5. Warm-Up: Each lesson includes thorough stretching and warm-up to prevent injuries.
6. Trick Learning: Tricks are introduced safely and progressively.
7. Respect: Participants must treat each other with respect, support one another, and overcome challenges together.
9. Observation Learning: Skaters will learn by observing coach and other. We all learn together as a community.
10. Breaks: Regular breaks for hydration and shade are included, as skateboarding is a vigorous workout.
Agreement: By making payment, parents digitally agree to these terms.

Refunds and cancelation policy
All cancelations will require 24-hour notice. Refunds on purchased packages will be returned to customers within 2-3 business days.
In keeping with simplicity, if refunds are required, I'll call you and we can both do the math and determine the best amount to be refunded based on services rendered. Let's figure it out together and be fair about it.
